SUBMERGED ANCHORING, PLUS A BROADER TOOLKIT
JDC's headline pipeline-adjacent project is the AGC-recognized lake-bottom anchoring of a submerged sewer line in Lake Oswego, Oregon — over 400 anchors installed across two miles, in 50 feet of water, with 6-inch placement tolerance using two Longyear BD 102 drills mounted on a purpose-built barge.
Beyond that specific job, the broader JDC drilling toolkit applies to pipeline-adjacent geotechnical scopes more generally: horizontal drains where corridors cross landslide-prone ground, drilling and grouting for ground improvement, and dewatering systems for excavations and tie-ins.
